Refund & Return Policy – Martonic.pk

At Martonic.pk, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product does not match its description

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Packed in its original packaging

  • Returned with all accessories (if applicable)

Return Time Frame

You must inform us within 2 days of delivery if there is any issue with your order. Late claims may not be accepted.

Change of Mind

Currently, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email

  2. Share your order number

  3. Provide clear images or video of the issue

This helps us process your request quickly.

Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will guide you on the return method

  • In some cases, we may arrange pickup through a courier

  • Ensure the product is securely packed before sending

Please note: Customers are responsible for the product until it reaches us safely.

Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days

  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

Return Shipping Cost

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect → we cover the return cost

  • If the issue is not valid → shipping charges may be deducted

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (after delivery)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or special discounted items

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Important Notes

  • Claims without proof (images/video) may not be accepted

  • Refund amount will be based on the original purchase price

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the issue is from our side)
